Return the goods
We have a 14 day return policy. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot issue refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for return, an item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Items must also be in their original packaging.
Several types of merchandise are non-returnable. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines will not be returned. We also do not accept returns for the following products: intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquid or gas products.
Other non-returnable items:
* gift card
* Downloadable software products
* some health and personal care products
To complete the return process, we need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send purchased items back to the manufacturer.
In some cases only partial refunds may be made: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use
* Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
* Items in any non-original condition, damaged or missing parts due to no fault of our own.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after dispatch
refund (if applicable)
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether the refund request has been processed or rejected.
If approved, your refund request will be processed and the credit will be automatically returned to your credit card or back to the original payment path within a few days.
Refunds are overdue or not received (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some processing time for an official refund.
Next, please contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time.

Specials (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable, unfortunately sale items are not refundable.
Exchange (if applicable)
We only exchange defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email tom@alu-yys.com and send your item to:663 Dansey ave Coquitlam V3K BC Canada 3G2
gift
If the purchase is marked as a gift and shipped directly to you by the merchant, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. A gift certificate will be mailed to you upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
If the purchase was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver shipped the order to their own address and then sent it to you, we will refund the gift giver and he will know you made the return.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The arrival time of the exchanged product may vary depending on your residential address.
If you're shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned merchandise.
